In addition to our own collections, we also offer custom production for architects, designers, and project managers who don’t want to be limited by catalog options and are looking for tailor-made solutions.

REALISATIONS – custom lighting production
BD – Prague 10
A luxury wall lamp in a modern-industrial style, designed as an original author’s series. It combines premium design with precise craftsmanship. The main challenge was the extremely demanding production process, which involved a large amount of advanced technologies. With a height of 450 mm, it acts as a striking interior element. The body is made of stainless steel, and the surface is refined with special plating, giving it a luxurious metallic golden look and high durability. Every detail has been executed with maximum care – the result is a premium light fixture with long life, adding elegance, originality, and exclusivity to the space.
BD – Prague 10
Luxury lighting in a modern-industrial style, designed as an exclusive author’s series of world-class quality. It combines top-tier materials, precise craftsmanship, and premium surface finishes that ensure not only flawless aesthetics but also an exceptionally long lifespan. Maximum diameter: 300 mm. The hemisphere is shaped from carbon steel and its surface is refined with galvanic copper plating for an authentic, timeless look. The socket is made of carbon steel with a double layer of exclusive plating, ensuring outstanding durability and premium aesthetics. Other structural details are made of stainless steel. For design consistency, custom ceiling canopies were also developed. This series represents an investment in luxury design, standing out with originality, quality, and longevity – lighting that excels even in the most demanding interiors.
BD – Prague 10
Luxury disc-shaped lights in a modern-industrial style, designed as an exclusive author’s series of world-class quality. They combine top materials, precision workmanship, and premium finishes that ensure not only flawless looks but also exceptional durability. Maximum diameter of the disc: 325 mm. The disc is pressed from stainless steel and the surface is refined with special plating for an authentic metallic appearance. The socket is made of carbon steel with galvanic copper plating for luxurious aesthetics and high durability. To preserve design integrity and premium character, custom ceiling canopies were also produced. These lights are an investment in luxury design with timeless elegance and durability – ideal for interiors that demand originality and exclusivity.
Česká voda – Prague 10
A themed lighting installation over 12 meters long, made from steel water pipes and fittings running through the corridors of office spaces. It serves as a striking design feature that gives the space a unique atmosphere. It was manufactured according to the supplied documentation and visualizations from an architectural studio. The project included installation into plasterboard. Surface finish: powder coating in the required shade.
BMW Munich
Hundreds of custom stainless-steel wall lights manufactured for BMW’s Munich plant. The fixtures were produced in cooperation. 0.8 mm sheet metal was TIG (WIG, GTMAW) welded, with extreme emphasis on precision grinding and finishing of welds prior to surface treatment.
Fitkitchen Prague 8
Custom-made steel design light with a waterproof double bottom. The fixture is nearly 2000 mm wide with ceiling mounting using rectangular profiles over 2 meters long. Because the design included placing flowerpots inside the fixture, a waterproof double-bottom construction had to be developed. Lighting uses LED technology with milky diffusers, total installed output 78 W. For easier installation, unique ceiling mounts with special covers were designed to conceal fixing points in the ceiling. The light weighs 50 kg. Surface finish: black matte powder coating.
Coffeshop / Bakery Prague 7
Custom-made steel designer lights in a half-circle shape, 1500 mm in diameter and 1450 mm in total height, with two E27 sockets. Also, a designer table lamp nearly 2 meters long and only 32 mm in diameter, using LED technology with a diffuser. Several structural solutions for table mounting were developed, with the most user-friendly chosen by the client. Surface finish: wet painting in semi-matte.
Unique designer canopy
Our ceiling canopy was developed for the Advanced range, which includes relatively heavy fixtures. Thanks to its patented construction, it offers a clean design and secure mounting of heavy lights without disruptive elements such as cables, chains, or wires. Despite their weight, the fixtures can hang solely on the power cord. Unlike competitors, the canopy surface has no visible screws or set bolts. It takes ceiling light mounting to a new level of design purity. Delivered automatically with our lights. Diameter 115 mm, height 30 mm, available in up to 50 colors (matte, gloss, metallic). Custom sizes and shapes available – round up to 500 mm in diameter.
LIGHTING
The limited edition of industrial lights brings unique design in the form of two collections – Industrial Classic and Industrial Advanced. Both combine traditional industrial style with modern elements and are intended for interior use. The lights are made of steel, fitted with an E27 socket, and stand out with their size, craftsmanship, and unique character.
The Industrial Classic collection represents uncompromising industrial style in its raw form without surface finish, bringing an authentic and unconventional industrial character to interiors.
Industrial Advanced, on the other hand, pushes industrial design towards a more modern approach. The surface finish is applied with durable powder coating, giving the lights both elegant aesthetics and long-lasting durability.
For these lights we developed a completely innovative suspension system. Because of their higher weight and the intention not to use standard mounting elements (cables, chains, etc.), a special ceiling canopy was created. It supports heavy loads, has a clean design without visible screws, and allows the light to be suspended solely on the textile power cable. The result is a technically and aesthetically sophisticated solution that underlines the uniqueness of the entire edition.
CERTIFICATION
Placing a light fixture on the European market requires compliance with strict standards and regulations (e.g. ČSN EN 60598-1, ČSN EN IEC 63000, ČSN EN 50581 and others).
All our products meet these requirements and undergo testing in accredited laboratories. The result is full CE certification, guaranteeing safety and legal sale across the EU. As part of our services, we also arrange the complete certification process for newly developed lighting.
CUSTOM LIGHTING PRODUCTION
We deliver lighting from the first visualization to final installation. We design structural solutions with an emphasis on clean design and functionality, including mounting details.
Each piece is created with maximum care and respect for the client’s requirements.
Production is possible from a single unit up to hundreds of units.

WHO IS BEHIND IT?
After graduating from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology, I gained experience working at office and in various companies – from Rheinmetall and Audi to BMW and Rockwool. Over time, however, I realized that I was drawn back to craftsmanship and creation, where I can see tangible results.
Today I work in my own workshop near Zlín, collaborating with architects, designers, and other craftsmen. I build on reliability, fair dealing, and precise work. This is how LabyrintDESIGN was born – a place where technical precision meets creative vision.
